Neither Geeks Fix it USA, its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, independent contractors and service technicians, or licensors (collectively, “Providers”), or the like, warrant that this site will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of this site, or as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or currency of the Materials. The Materials may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
Geeks Fix It USA is in no way or form affiliated with Best Buy or Geek Squad.
Further, Geeks Fix it USA does not warrant reliability of any statement or other information displayed or distributed through the site. Geeks Fix it USA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the site. Geeks Fix it USA may make any other changes to this site, the Materials and the services, products, programs, or prices (if any) described in this site at any time without notice.
This site and the information, content, and materials on this site are provided On an “as is,” “where is,” and “where available” basis. Geeks Fix it USA makes no representations or warranties of any kind if the client does not call within 10 days of its original service call, Due to the volatile nature of computer performance, Geeks Fix it USA will only honor warranty if we are given the chance to prove the exact issue is occurring due to a negligence of a contractor representing Geeks Fix it USA. Using the site and our services is at your own risk, therefore if you do not wish to use our services you must exit the website Immediately.
You may order service from Geeks Fix it USA by calling Geeks Fix it USA or filling out our form via email or website. Fees for our services can be found on our Pricing options page Some services, parts, and computers ordered receive customized quotes by phone and/or email. Once you place order you agree to pay fees for such service(s) and/or product(s).
Additional terms and conditions for each type of service are as follows:
Flat Fee Tune Up:
We will perform tune up on computer as indicated in website regarding this service option.
Onsite service is billed at the hourly rate quoted via telephone for all time spent on or off work site. Labor will is billed in quarter hour increments rounded to the nearest half-hour. A one hour minimum will be billed for any site visit to Client.
Authorization to Access Your Device (Remote service)
You hereby authorize us to access and control your computer or device (collectively, a “Device“) for the purposes of providing Services and/or Software to you.
In connection with delivering the Services, we may also download, install and use software, gather system data, take remote control of your Device and access or modify your Device settings. By accepting these Terms, you hereby grant us the right to connect to your Device, download, install and use software on your Device to gather system data, repair your Device, take remote control of your Device and change the settings on your Device while performing the Services. Other than as set forth in the warranty section below, you agree that Geeks Fix it USA has no responsibility or liability under any circumstance at any time for any loss or harm that may arise from or may be related to the Services or the Software.
Geeks Fix It USA Unlimited Remote Monthly Support Service Plan:
At our discretion, Geeks Fix it USA agents may offer you a free 30 day trial of this service. During offer you are notified that after the 30 days there will be an automatic charge of $24.95 . If you agree to it, at the end of the 30 day trial period you will be charged $24.95 per month. This fee will be charged indefinitely during subsequent months unless you call or email us letting us know you wish to cancel your subscription. Telephone and email reminders of available service will be made and sent to subscriber regularly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however all monthly charges prior to cancellation are non-refundable. The subscription fee grants you unlimited access to our online remote services, but you are not entitled to a refund if you did not utilize the service. Some Clients may be charged a lesser monthly amount due to promotion or discounted price offer.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Clients are responsible for all labor hours and/or services performed and expenses incurred until cancellation. Additional terms for specific service options are more particularly described below.
Flat Fee Tune Up are non-refundable except for the following circumstances:
1. Remote technician cannot connect to your computer.
2. If you ask to cancel the initial service request within 48 hours of purchase and we never connected to your computer. Cancellation and refund requests after 48 hours of purchase will be denied and service ordered will remain in the account indefinitely available for future use.
Onsite service cancellation: Onsite service orders that are cancelled will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
Geeks Fix it USA Unlimited Monthly Remote Support Service Plan:
Refunds for past subscription charges will not be made. You are responsible for plan fees up until time of cancellation.
